Official Structure and Rules

Format

  • Length: max. 3 minutes
  • Language: CZ / SK / EN (EN recommended for international ambitions)
  • Format: MP4, horizontal
  • Allowed: subtitles, graphics, embedded screenshots
  • Not allowed: adverts, branded music beds, agency PR videos

Required Video Structure

The video must contain these 5 blocks (in the specified order):

1) Context (max 30 s)

  • What problem were you solving?
  • In what environment (organisation size, sector)?
  • Why was it important?

2) IDEA / Innovation (max 45 s)

  • What did you do differently?
  • In what way is the solution new, bold, or trendy?
This could involve:
innovative tender, ESG approach, digitalisation / AI / data, process change, work with suppliers.

3) Implementation (max 45 s)

  • How did you roll out the project?
  • What were the obstacles?
  • What made it a success?

4) Impact (max 40 s)

  • Measurable results (if available)
  • Or qualitative change (speed, transparency, culture, trust)

5) Why should it inspire others? (max 20 s)

  • Transferability
  • What can other organisations take from it?

Jury Evaluation

The jury assesses 4 criteria (scale 1–7):
  • 1. Innovativeness / originality
  • 2. Real impact
  • 3. Transferability
  • 4. Quality and clarity of presentation
