Regulations


1. The FSA competition is organized by PROEBIZ s.r.o. together with the Czech-Slovak think tank group PROCUREMENT BOARD.

2. The competition aims to honor individuals and organizations that enhance the quality of corporate procurement or public procurement, including their digitalization.

3. Anyone can nominate in the categories of Procurement FSA_TREND and Procurement MASTER.

4. Anyone whose activities correspond to one of the competition categories can be nominated.

5. The nominee can reject the nomination.

6. The award can be won multiple times.

7. Nominations must be concise, spanning eight to fifteen lines of the application form.

8. Evaluators include members of the PROCUREMENT BOARD think tank and selected personalities collaborating on the eBF festival.

10. In cases where an evaluator has a conflict of interest with some nominations, they do not personally evaluate those entries.

11. A nomination not evaluated by a judge due to a conflict of interest will receive an average score calculated from the results of the other evaluators for that criterion.

12. A nominee can be nominated in more than one category (MASTER and FSA_TREND).

13. Each nominee may contribute to the organizers with a voluntary donation.

14. By submitting the web form to the FSA contest as mentioned above, each contest participant gives consent to the contest organizer (hereafter referred to as the Controller) in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., in its current version, for processing their personal data provided in the application to the extent of name, surname, address, email address, telephone number, for the purpose of verifying their valid participation in the contest, awarding prizes in the contest, and for further business and marketing purposes. The Controller, for a period of 5 years; if becoming a winner, or an alternate, also with their publication to the extent of: name, surname, address on the website www.fsawards.com. Provision of personal data is voluntary, and the contest participant acknowledges this fact. The participant has the right of access to data concerning them, and in particular, if they find or believe that the Controller processes their personal data in a manner that is in conflict with the protection of their private and personal life or in conflict with the law, especially if their personal data is inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, they may request the Controller for an explanation or may demand that the Controller remove thus arisen condition and block, correct, supplement, or liquidate the personal data. Furthermore, in accordance with the provision of § 12 of the Civil Code in its current version, the participant gives consent to the use of their likeness, written expressions, image captures, and sound recordings concerning their person taken by the contest organizer, in connection with organizing the contest and awarding prizes (hereafter referred to as “image”) for commercial purposes on all communication media regardless of their nature and designation by all usual means, with their subsequent modification and with their possible combination with other works or inclusion into a collective work. The participant grants this consent for a period of 20 years, without territorial or quantitative limitation. This consent also applies to third parties to whom the Controller may provide the image in accordance with its purpose.

15. At the FSA evening during the eBF festival, three nominations in each category in the field of public procurement and corporate purchasing will be awarded.

16. An overview of the overall evaluation will be published after the event. Individual evaluators may refuse publication.
